Shipping Policy

Our store ships eligible United States orders to destinations offered during checkout. We normally need about 1–2 business days to prepare an order, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. These estimates are not guarantees; carrier operations, weather, holidays, address problems, and destination restrictions can change arrival timing.

Any free-shipping eligibility and available service appear at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking is sent when available. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or goods arrive damaged, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and photos when relevant.

Some items or destinations may have carrier or legal limits. Order-specific shipping questions should include the order number and checkout email so we can review the shipment record.
